We just launched bixit.net which we intend to use as a sort of network hub for all of the free, useful, time-saving things we find out there. Much thanks to An1ken for helping me out.

This morning I got a surprise, even on Sunday I haven’t been getting speeds like this. So my official conclusion is, either they managed to fix their CMTS or they got their new one installed. And since they were overloading their old one, that leaves one real option; unless they went into people’s homes and snatched their modems.

Mind you, this is a Baton Rouge server>

They’re not known for their speed and fidelity.

Also, the world reknown broadband measuring service has got a new look! As you can see from the image above, and the snapshot below:

Things are still pretty fuzzy as to why the database backup didn’t run correctly, so now we have a backup file that serves no purpose. We reinstalled the IPB forum software anew, and users are already registering again. Hopefully in the near future, we can recover some of the lots information from the old database. For now, we’re stuck with starting over.

No worries though! Stay motivated, and continue doing what you do. Your ART is what makes The Luminarium great, not the other way around.
